His labor costs are fair and he is willing to work with parts you order yourself or order them for you. It crashed our year-old computer from Dell. Called Dell right away. They couldn’t restore our computer. Everything was gone. We happened to find an ad for The Computer Medic. The reviews were great so decided to give him a call on the off chance he could do what Dell could not. He picked up the computer, brought it back a week later with our pictures back. We have had a few techs over the years. Larry Brockingion is a 10+ way above any we ever used.
